• Bring in your shoes or item to be repaired and we will gladly give you an estimate.
Each repair is different; the best way is to examine the item in need of repair.
How long does it take?
• It depends on the type of repair and the condition of the item.
It can be done the same day or the next;
never more than a week, depending on the season.
Can you repair my belt, bag, or handbag?
• We repair items made of leather or faux leather: belts, bags, handbags,
straps, hats, clothing, suitcases, tents, etc. Just ask and we’ll do our best to help.
Can you dye my blue shoes white?
• We dye leather and satin (shoes, boots, bags, and coats).
Always from a lighter to a darker shade — never the reverse.
Can you clean the white marks on my boots/shoes?
• These are calcium residues from salt spread on roads during winter.
We can recommend the necessary products if you wish to do it yourself;
otherwise, we can treat, clean, and recondition the shoes for you.
Should I bring both shoes/boots even if only one needs repair?
• Always bring both shoes, even if only one is damaged.
If a part must be replaced on one, the same must often be done to the other.
Repairing only one may cause imbalance.
Often, the other may seem fine, but is on the verge of the same issue —
for example, if the sole of one shoe is worn, the other likely is too.
Do you sell waxes, polishes, laces, insoles, etc.?
• We offer a selection of quality Canadian and European products that we use ourselves in the workshop.
All these products are displayed in-store. Ask us, and we’ll recommend those best suited to your needs.
Can you modify my shoes/boots?
• We offer various types of custom modifications, including orthopedic adjustments.
Do you offer battery replacement for watches and remote starters?
• Yes, we change all types of batteries and sell leather, metal, and nylon watch straps, etc.
Do you duplicate all kinds of keys?
• We duplicate a wide variety of keys: residential, commercial, and car keys
(without electronic chips).
Do you repair backpacks, suitcases, or other specialized items?
• Yes, and we are always ready for new challenges.
